The apartment is located on the second floor of a standalone building. The building reminds you of the old Goan days when budget travelling and backpacking were all the rage.
Please note that there is no lift in the building, so it might not be ideal for the elderly, small children and people with disabilities.
There is parking space right in front of the building in the open which you can see from the living room balcony.
Just two floor down from the apartment is one of the most famous cafes of Benaulim - Bakery Pausenbrot. Go there for your morning coffees and sourdoughs for a lazy Goan day.
The apartment is on the main Benaulim Beach Road, so you can drive 1.5km straight down and reach the beach. On the same Benaulim Beach Road are several iconic eateries and bars including Goodfellas, Hari's German Bakery, Feli Tavern, Cinnamon and Pedro's Beach Shack.
For all your daily needs, Kadar Supermarket and Jorawar Wines are within 1km radius.

Distance from Dabolim Airport: 40 minutes (31 km)

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT
Since this is an apartment and not a hotel with multiple units, early check-in and late check-out is purely subject to availability. If you must check-in early, we request you to kindly book the previous night as well.
PHOTO ID VERIFICATION
As part of our compliance process, it is mandatory for all guests staying at the property to submit their Photo IDs before they enter the property.
HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaning is provided free of charge every 3rd day. If you'd like more frequent cleaning, it can be arranged at ₹500 per session - just let your manager know at least one day in advance.

One of my best stays so far! Everything was on point clean, comfortable, and very well managed. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was smooth throughout.
The location is super convenient, with a grocery store just downstairs, a cute café nearby, and most bars and cafés within 10 minutes.
