The highlight feature of this property- the full body massage chair- is placed here to provide maximum relaxation in the AC and in front of the TV.

The dining area is the aesthetic part of the house with a counter and 2 chairs. There is also a socket thoughtfully placed next to the counter for those working from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, instant boiler, kettle, blender and an infrared cooktop. Cooking utensils include pots, sauce pans, frying pans, pressure cooker, knife set, cooking spoons and ladels. There are also microwave-safe plates, bowls and serving bowls. Cups, mugs, wine glasses and whiskey glasses are there for your use. The highlight of the kitchen is the terracotta water dispenser for fresh and cool water that reminds you of the good ol' days.
Bedroom 1
The first bedroom has a low-height queen size bed, 2 very cute ottoman stools, a full length mirror and a cupboard. There is air-conditioning in this bedroom. Bedroom #1 also has an ensuite bathroom (with a washing machine) and a private balcony with an open view, especially for monsoons.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is all vibes with a low-height queen size bed, a window seating for those beautiful days (sunny or rainy), a cupboard and a full length mirror. There is air-conditioning in this bedroom.
Common Washroom
There is a common washroom with rainshower head and all essential toiletries like handwash, shower gel and shampoo.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a standalone building in Varca, South Goa. There is no lift in the building.
It is located midway between the gorgeous Varca Church and the Varca beach. Varca Beach is a 10 minute walk.
There is a cashew retail shop and a liquor shop in the same building as the apartment.
There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. All amenities including supermarkets, medical shops, liquor shops and shopping are within a 10 minute radius.
The easiest way to get around is to drive either a 4-wheeler or a 2-wheeler. We can recomment rental services nearby if you need them.

Took my parents for a vacation and this apartment was exactly what we needed. As a designer, the detailing and craftsmanship stood out immediately - spent half an hour just admiring the interiors. It’s a beautiful, newly furnished, aesthetically pleasing space and perfect for unwinding. Just a 2min ride from the beach, and close to restaurants + the market.
The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen with beautiful crockery and cutlery. The cocktail glasses were fancy and we really enjoyed using them. The massage chair was the cherry on the cake my parents loved it and didn’t want to get off.
Prapti was very responsive and took care of all requirements quickly.
Would absolutely book again for the calm vibe, great location, and thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, aesthetic, and exactly what I was looking for for a relaxing staycation. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay.
One of my favorite parts was the massage chair, it was a lifesaver after traveling and made the experience even more relaxing. The location is also great, with everything conveniently close by.
Overall, a comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained space. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
