Definitely the best part of the house is the sprawling terrace. the terrace gives additional room to an otherwise cozy house. it was beautiful to sit on the terrace in the mornings and evenings. the second best part of the house is that it's 800 metres from the beach.
the internet was a little unpredictable. but since we were not working, it didn't matter to us. thank you.

Had a very comfortable stay at this 2 BHK terrace flat in Benaulim, South Goa. The apartment was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities mentioned on Airbnb. Mr. Etush was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The big terrace is truly a rare gem and perfect for relaxing. The locality is calm, clean and close to nature which made the experience even better. The beach is just a 8 to 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended for a peaceful South Goa stay.

The stay was awesome. The flat is within walking distance of the beach, around 700 meters away. The rooms, terrace, and interiors give a great vibe. The host was very helpful. Since our bus was in the evening, he agreed to a late checkout. I really enjoyed the stay and would love to stay here again. The place is peaceful and calm. People who want to relax and enjoy some peace can definitely book this Airbnb. Overall I will give 5/5.

Our toddlers instantly fell in love with the place, lots of open space to play for them and TV with Fire Stick is a plus while travelling with toddlers. Beach is 10 mins walk and just 2-3 mins by car. Most of the facilities were also available nearby. The terrace is a good space for drinking and enjoying Goa vibes. The kitchen also had all the required setup. And even though it’s located above a popular restaurant it wasn’t noisy at all. We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay, would love to stay again.

The place is amazing to stay. It is decently close to benaulim beach, which is not just great as a beach but has superb restaurants nearby as well. The place was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. The hosts provided good recommendations to eat and visit in South Goa. Overall quite satisfied with the stay:)
