The villa has parking for one car in the gated villa compound.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a living area and a kitchen and dining area.
Living Area: The living room has a sofa, accent chair and a sofa-cum-bed for sleeping. There is an air-conditioner in this area.
Kitchen and Dining Area: The dining table with benches is perfect for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, infrared induction, blender, toaster and coffee machine. Cooking utensils include sauce pans, frying pans, flat pans, kadhai, pressure cooker, knife sets and others. Serving bowls, dinnerware, cups, mugs and glasses are also provided, including microwave-safe ones.
Washing Machine: There is a washing machine in the kitchen for guest use along with detergent.
First Floor
The first floor has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a king size bed, a sofa-sum-bed, a bench, cupboard and an ensuite bathroom with tub and hot water. This room has air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2: Second badroom has a queen size bed, a cupboard and a private balcony. This room has air-conditioning. There is an attached bathroom with hot water.
Second Floor
The second floor has one bedroom and a utility terrace area.
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom is perfect for young guests and has two single beds, a cupboard, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with hot water.
Utility Terrace Area: The utility terrace area is provided for drying clothes and storage.

All bathrooms have hot water, hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo provided.
The villa is located in a residential complex with other villas of the same kind around. It is located centrally on the Colva-Benaulim Road connecting two major beaches and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, wine shops, medical shops, etc.
Parking for multiple cars is possible. One car can be parked inside the gate and more can be parked right outside the villa's own gate.
Just outside the residential complex is a market complex with KFC, Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, medical shops, and locally-run cafes, wine shops and eateries.
The villa is located equally close to both Colva and Benaulim beaches (almost 2km each).
The easiest way to get around is to drive either a 4-wheeler or a 2-wheeler. We can recomment rental services nearby if you need them.

Distance from Manohar Parikar Airport: 1 hour 45 minutes (65km)

The check-out is at 11:00. Our staff can come and request to check the premises before you leave.
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT
Since this is an apartment and not a hotel with multiple units, early check-in and late check-out is purely subject to availability. If you must check-in early, we request you to kindly book the previous night as well.
PHOTO ID VERIFICATION
As part of our compliance process, it is mandatory for all guests staying at the property to submit their Photo IDs before they enter the property.
HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaning is provided free of charge every 3rd day. If you'd like more frequent cleaning, it can be arranged at ₹500 per session - just let your manager know at least one day in advance.

Really nice and cozy place to stay. We were a group of 9 people and we could stay comfortably for 2 nights. The owner was really helpful with check in and check out process. Villa was well equipped with washing machine, fridge, ironing board and other accessories. Overall, nice and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful locality.

Our stay at Villa 31 was absolutely amazing! The villa is beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable for both families and groups. The location is perfect in South Goa — peaceful yet close to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and everything you need nearby.
The hosts were super sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even more special. Everything from cleanliness to comfort and overall ambience was excellent.
Truly one of the best stays in South Goa and definitely a place we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Would love to visit again!
